J. Michael Goldberg

Michael is a lawyer with more than 25 years of courtroom experience. He has tried and litigated personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of medical malpractice, negligent security, slip/trip & fall accidents, construction site & industrial mishaps, canine attacks, and automobile collisions, among others. He also has litigated cases in both state and federal court involving matters as diverse as wrongful discharge, copyright infringement, insurance coverage & bad faith, deceptive trade practices, § 1983 civil rights deprivation, breach of contract and disputes over easement and property. He has also successfully briefed and argued in the Ohio Supreme Court and in various appellate districts.

Prior to joining Lowe Eklund Wakefield, and for most of his private professional career, Michael practiced with his brother at The Goldberg Law Firm. He also took on the duties of judicial staff attorney for Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Joan Synenberg from June 2007 to January 2012
