Cleveland Product Liability Law Firm Again Named to “Best Law Firm” List

February 27, 2014

U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers has again named Lowe Scott Fisher Co., LPA as a national top tier law firm for the third straight year in the area of product Liability litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. As a 2011-2012 “Best Law Firm” recipient, it is one of only two firms named in this category throughout the state of Ohio.

“Best Law Firm” rankings are determined using a collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in the field, and other relevant information. To be considered, law firms must have at least one lawyer who has been named a Best Lawyer. Firm partner James A. Lowe was recently named by Best Lawyers as a “Lawyer of the Year” in the Product Liability Litigation: Plaintiffs for 2012.

“For 35 years, our firm has demonstrated an exceptional level of experience, energy and commitment to the seriously injured. Through product liability litigation, we have encouraged manufacturers to act more responsibly toward consumers and make safety a top priority,” explained Lowe. “We’re very pleased to have these efforts recognized at a national level by both clients and colleagues alike as we continue to provide unmatched service to our plaintiffs.”

“Best Law Firms” lawyer evaluations included feedback on responsiveness, expertise, integrity, cost-effectiveness, whether they would refer a case to a particular firm, and whether they viewed a firm as a true competitor in the field. In addition to gathering rankings from 177 metropolitan areas across the U.S., practice area rankings were collected from a national ballot sent to a diverse group of Best Lawyers attorneys. This group recommended law firms that have established a significant national presence in specified practice areas.

Clients rated firms on their expertise, responsiveness, understanding of a business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, civility and whether they would refer someone else to the firm.
